Some furniture is handcrafted and made from natural materials, so minor dimension variations, including 1–3cm differences, may occur and are considered normal. These slight differences do not affect normal use and are not considered product defects.
For solid wood, stone, genuine leather, metal, and other natural materials, variations such as wood grain, minor cracks, tree marks, natural surface textures, leather marks, scars, or slight scratches may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Just like us, furniture color can look slightly different under different lighting. Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are normal and shall not be considered faults.

Delivery covers order processing, handling, packing, local delivery, carrying into room and assembly. Delivery within Singapore only.
Covers manufacturing defects, excludes wear & tear or natural material characteristics (e.g., wood cracks, leather scars, minor scratches).
Cancel or modify orders for free within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Return in as-new condition within 30 days.
Exclusions: Clearance, display, fast delivery, customized items, mattresses, pillows, and rugs.
Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and S$50 collection fee.
All refunds will be issued as store credit and credited to the email address used to place the order.
If you find a lower price elsewhere, provide evidence to claim a refund of the price difference via store credit or voucher.

Yes. Please measure your intended space and the full delivery route, including doorways, corridors, corners, lifts, staircases, and landings. If lift access is unavailable or the furniture cannot fit, carry-up charges may apply. Review our How to Measure for Furniture Delivery guide before ordering bulky items.
Order changes or cancellations are free within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, changes may no longer be available, and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any applicable delivery charges. Please review our Sales and Refunds Policy for full details.
For bulky furniture, our two-person team delivery service generally includes room placement, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal where applicable. Parcel deliveries are made to your doorstep only. Once your order is ready, we will send a booking link by email and WhatsApp for you to choose your prefered delivery date. The estimated arrival time will be provided before delivery. Please review our Delivery Terms for full details.
Our Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Most furniture is covered for 5 years, genuine leather upholstery for 10 years, mattresses under a Lifetime Warranty, and all electrical components for 1 year. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural material variations are not covered. Please review our Warranty Policy for full details.
If you find an eligible identical product advertised at a lower price by a Singapore retailer within 100 days of purchase, send us your order number and proof of the lower price. Once verified, Loft Home will refund the exact price difference as store credit, subject to our Lowest Price Guarantee terms.
