Warranty Coverage
Loft Home warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use and proper care. Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery and varies by product category, as outlined below.
During the applicable warranty period, if a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, Loft Home will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s). This warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing or material faults and does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or the natural characteristics of materials.
For products made from solid wood, stone, genuine leather, or handcrafted materials, natural characteristics such as wood grain variation, minor cracks, tree marks, surface textures, leather scars, or slight scratches are inherent to the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Loft Home with the following details:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue

Limitations and Exclusions
- This warranty applies only under normal residential use and with proper care. Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasives, or improper cleaning agents is not covered.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
- Outdoor use is not covered unless the product is specifically stated as suitable for outdoor use.
- Any modification, alteration, or repair carried out by the customer or third parties will void this warranty.
- This warranty does not apply to promotional items, clearance items, or display items.
- This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Loft Home.
- Loft Home reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims, including whether a defect is due to workmanship or materials.
- Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- For manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period, Loft Home will cover the cost of replacement parts, labour, and transportation.
- For defects identified after the warranty period, the cost of parts, labour, and transportation will be borne by the customer.
