Delivery covers order processing, handling, packing, local delivery, carrying into room and assembly. Delivery within Singapore only.

ORDER CHANGE

CARRY-UP MEASURE

For customers living in HDB or condominiums, it's important to ensure that your newly purchased furniture can be delivered smoothly to your unit.

Before placing an order for large furniture items, please measure the dimensions of your building’s elevator and staircase to confirm that the item can be transported safely.

Elevator Measurement Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery via elevator, we recommend the following measurements:

Top View Measurement Diagram

  • The height of the elevator door should be at least 10 cm more than the length of the furniture.
  • The diagonal depth of the elevator cabin should be at least 15 cm more than the width of the furniture.

If the furniture cannot fit into the elevator based on the above guidelines, please inform us in advance.

Staircase Requirements

If delivery via elevator is not possible and our delivery team must use the stairs, the staircase must meet the following condition:

  • The height of the staircase must be at least 10 cm higher than the length of the furniture.

If the staircase allows for carry-up delivery, an additional charge of SGD 10 per floor will apply (SGD 20 for heavier items). This fee helps cover the extra time, effort, and manpower required to complete the delivery safely.
