Some furniture is handcrafted and made from natural materials, so minor dimension variations, including 1–3cm differences, may occur and are considered normal. These slight differences do not affect normal use and are not considered product defects.

For customers living in HDB or condominiums, it's important to ensure that your newly purchased furniture can be delivered smoothly to your unit.

Before placing an order for large furniture items, please measure the dimensions of your building’s elevator and staircase to confirm that the item can be transported safely.

Elevator Measurement Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery via elevator, we recommend the following measurements:

The height of the elevator door should be at least 10 cm more than the length of the furniture.
The diagonal depth of the elevator cabin should be at least 15 cm more than the width of the furniture.

If the furniture cannot fit into the elevator based on the above guidelines, please inform us in advance.

Staircase Requirements

If delivery via elevator is not possible and our delivery team must use the stairs, the staircase must meet the following condition:

The height of the staircase must be at least 10 cm higher than the length of the furniture.

If the staircase allows for carry-up delivery, an additional charge of SGD 10 per floor will apply (SGD 20 for heavier items). This fee helps cover the extra time, effort, and manpower required to complete the delivery safely.

Fabric Composition:	The point of stitching produces a dotted design. Cover made from a woven fabric generously quilted and quilted by points of stitching. Generously quilted and tufted to create a domed appearance. Covered by MOON D series fabric, 67% polyester/ 21% wool / 11% polyamid / 1% elasthane.
Filling:	Layers of different-density foam provide a soft bounce. Integral seat in high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam 48 kg/m³ - 3.6 kPa; integral back in Bultex foam 36 kg/m³ - 1.4 kPa with comfort layer in hyperflexible polyurethane foam 30 kg/m³ - 1.8 kPa. The nature of the fabric used reinforces comfort: a double-layer quilted weave, quilted by points of stitching.

Just like us, the fabric can look different under certain lighting. Due to its reflective nature, fabric colors may appear lighter or darker depending on the light in your space.

Just like us, furniture color can look slightly different under different lighting. Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are normal and shall not be considered faults.
