Some furniture is handcrafted and made from natural materials, so minor dimension variations, including 1–3cm differences, may occur and are considered normal. These slight differences do not affect normal use and are not considered product defects.

For customers living in HDB or condominiums, it's important to ensure that your newly purchased furniture can be delivered smoothly to your unit.

Before placing an order for large furniture items, please measure the dimensions of your building’s elevator and staircase to confirm that the item can be transported safely.

Elevator Measurement Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery via elevator, we recommend the following measurements:

• The height of the elevator door should be at least 10 cm more than the length of the furniture.
• The diagonal depth of the elevator cabin should be at least 15 cm more than the width of the furniture.

If the furniture cannot fit into the elevator based on the above guidelines, please inform us in advance.

Staircase Requirements

If delivery via elevator is not possible and our delivery team must use the stairs, the staircase must meet the following condition:

• The height of the staircase must be at least 10 cm higher than the length of the furniture.

If the staircase allows for carry-up delivery, an additional charge of SGD 10 per floor will apply (SGD 20 for heavier items). This fee helps cover the extra time, effort, and manpower required to complete the delivery safely.

For solid wood, stone, genuine leather, metal, and other natural materials, variations such as wood grain, minor cracks, tree marks, natural surface textures, leather marks, scars, or slight scratches may occur. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Just like us, furniture color can look slightly different under different lighting. Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings are normal and shall not be considered faults.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• Orders under $500: S$50/location.
• Orders $500 & above: Free delivery.

Delivery covers order processing, handling, packing, local delivery, carrying into room and assembly. Delivery within Singapore only.

WARRANTY

• Standard items: 5 years
• Genuine leather items: 10 years
• Mattresses: Lifetime
• Electrical parts for all items: 1 year

Covers manufacturing defects, excludes wear & tear or natural material characteristics (e.g., wood cracks, leather scars, minor scratches).

ORDER CHANGE

Cancel or modify orders for free within 48 hours of order confirmation. 

RETURN & REFUND

Return in as-new condition within 30 days.

Exclusions: Clearance, display, fast delivery, customized items, mattresses, pillows, and rugs.

Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and S$50 collection fee.

All refunds will be issued as store credit and credited to the email address used to place the order.

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE

If you find a lower price elsewhere, provide evidence to claim a refund of the price difference via store credit or voucher.

FREE WAREHOUSING

Enjoy up to 100 days of free storage from the delivery date. After that, a 5% item value/month fee (plus GST) applies.
